Our firm provides residential home plans to individuals, builders, and companies alike. We also oversee a limited number of construction projects. We have come together as a group of skilled individuals, dedicated to the design and construction of custom homes. Each of us possesses unique talents and specialization, and we all do our best to help each customer create a home that is not only structurally sound, but also a true reflection of your vision.

While most firms have a knowledge only of the drafting and planning process, we are a little out of the ordinary. Our first passion was actually in the construction of custom homes. We apply our knowledge of the construction industry to everything we design and plan. With our specialized design tools, construction knowledge, and high quality standards, we put everything together into a buildable product, all while constantly striving to be the best in the industry.

While the primary goal of home design has remained the same for an untold number of years, the tools and technology of the industry have taken a drastic change for the better within the last twenty years. We use the very best in cutting edge 3D interactive BIM modeling programs, which we have worked to further improve and develop for our industry, with a partner firm in Finland. Specialized structural specification software, and individualized services for each of our customers, are combined with our unmatched customer support and service. In other words, we are not just another cookie-cutter design company.
